By joining DRIVEBACKER, you agree to let our vetted service partners inspect and fix mechanical transmission systems inside your registered vehicle asset according to your chosen plan tier. This comprehensive structural mandate covers routine diagnostics, hydraulic system calibration, baseline sensor initialization, and the systematic physical implementation of certified telemetry components designed to ensure the operational safety, architectural durability, and continuous digital visibility of your asset across all active network parameters.
You promise to provide safe access to your home garage or service bay when our independent contract teams visit. Abuse, messy workspaces, or dangerous environments can invalidate your engineering support window. Furthermore, the designated deployment zone must remain free of structural hazards, unsecured domestic animals, dynamic environmental contaminants, and unauthorized personnel during the entirety of the on-site terminal diagnostic interval, thereby allowing field technicians to complete their specialized system configurations under optimal safety parameters.
Members can stop, pause, or shift their plan settings anytime without penalties by editing settings directly inside their secure online customer account subscription panels. Upon submission of a formal termination request through the centralized dashboard interface, your monitoring metrics will remain active until the explicit conclusion of the current billing cycle, at which point tracking hardware modules will transition into a safe, localized hibernation state awaiting physical decommissioning or remote network re-activation protocols.
All dynamic hardware upgrades installed via subscription plans are subject to reasonable physical stress wear-and-tear review. Damage caused by reckless competitive racing configurations outside safe operational metrics is excluded from baseline coverage pools. This explicit structural exclusion also extends directly to unauthorized secondary modifications, unvetted third-party firmware installations, deep water submersion, mechanical impacts resulting from off-road deployment cycles, and any deliberate structural tampering targeting the localized physical casing of our telemetry units.
Subscription fees are automatically billed at the start of each service cycle based on your selected plan tier. If a recurring transaction fails, a 7-day grace window will be triggered to update your financial credentials before vehicle asset deployment rights are temporarily paused. Throughout this specific grace interval, secondary backup emergency alerts will remain functional, but advanced live perimeter tracking, remote cloud-kill mechanics, and high-priority dispatch priority lists will be automatically restricted until your payment configuration achieves formal validation.
To keep dispatch networks highly optimized, any schedule adjustments or cancellations must be logged at least 24 hours prior to the booked service window. Late notifications or failure to provide garage bay access during the scheduled slot may result in a standard dispatch recovery fee. This recovery surcharge covers logistical fuel burn, dedicated field engineer timing blocks, and localized route disruption metrics, and must be completely settled through your customer portal before a follow-up service window can be locked into our active dispatch sequence.
While our vetted service partners strive for flawless execution, DRIVEBACKER is not liable for pre-existing structural issues, internal engine wear, or environmental damage outside the direct scope of the transmission work performed. Service windows may shift due to extreme weather, supply chain delays, or parts shortages. In accordance with standard force majeure frameworks, network performance liabilities are temporarily suspended during active grid failures, satellite communication blackouts, global semiconductor line shortages, or regional civil disruptions that impair the safe traversal of our field engineering units.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your secure online customer account subscription panels. Any suspected unauthorized access or suspicious asset profile activity must be reported to our engineering support team immediately to prevent unauthorized dispatches. Creating multiple overlapping trial accounts, intentionally spoofing localization data feeds, attempting to reverse-engineer our hardware telemetry, or executing localized denial-of-service queries against our primary application layer will result in immediate, permanent account termination without financial recovery paths.
The subscriber agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold completely harmless DRIVEBACKER and its subsidiary development networks against any administrative actions, financial claims, legal liabilities, or operational damages arising from your mismanagement of system hardware. This includes instances where the user fails to respond to high-priority alert notices, ignores system health diagnostic prompts flashed on the central console, or fails to properly update their digital authorization keys, resulting in localized signal degradation or false deployment flags.
Any structural legal disagreements, contractual challenges, or operational execution complaints arising under this tracking framework shall be handled exclusively through binding arbitration infrastructure rather than traditional civil courts. All formal arbitration hearings and legal reviews will be carried out under the definitive regulatory framework of our primary corporate registry zone, with both parties mutually waiving their rights to participate in multi-party class action filings or consolidated cross-network legal maneuvers.
